My Practice
I handle a wide range of legal matters for individuals, including:
- Personal injury claims. I focus my personal injury practice on the needs of injured individuals, helping you get full and fair compensation for injuries resulting from motor vehicle accidents, slips and falls, or faulty furnaces.
- Family law disputes. I work with men and women throughout the divorce process, from the filing of a divorce complaint to post-judgment requests for modification or enforcement of existing orders. I handle all matters related to divorce, including child custody and visitation, support and property matters.
- Traffic offenses. I represent defendants, including students at Northern Colorado University and Colorado State University, who have been charged with traffic violations, from speeding and reckless driving to DUI/DWI. I also handle charges related to driving under the influence, such as minors in possession, underage drinking or possession of a controlled substance.
