Personal Injury

I work exclusively with plaintiffs in personal injury cases. I represent clients injured in car accidents, slip and fall accidents, and faulty furnace accidents resulting in carbon monoxide poisoning. Family Law

I represent men and women at all stages of a divorce or family law matter, from the initial filing to the final resolution of issues to post-judgment requests for enforcement or modification of existing court orders. I work with grandparents as well as unmarried parents and provide counsel in adoption proceedings, including stepparent adoptions.

The legal process of ending a marriage in Colorado is known as "dissolution of marriage". I represent clients in all matters relating to dissolution, helping them explore options to make informed decisions about their futures.

Criminal Defense

Traffic Offenses

I defend individuals, including students at Northern Colorado University and Colorado State University, who have been charged with violating state or municipal traffic laws. I handle most misdemeanor traffic citations, including speeding, reckless driving, and DUI/DWI. I also handle most of the criminal charges that come with a DUI, such as minors in possession, underage drinking, and possession of controlled substances.
